Job Summary

We are seeking an individual to join our team as a Night Baker. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in baking, and food preparation within a fast-paced food industry environment. This role involves working with large quantities of dough based baked items, ensuring food safety standards, and being a reliable part of our Night Baker team.

Number of shifts per week 2-3 (depending on season and demand).

Number of hours per shift: 3-4 (depending on season and demand).

Training Provided- store discount.

Must be able to work NIGHTS (approximately 5:30-6:30 PM Start time)

Responsibilities

Prepare and bake a variety of baked goods, doughnuts (cake and yeast), fitters etc. Handle food safely and maintain cleanliness in accordance with food safety regulations. --Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, including sanitizing work surfaces and equipment regularly. Assist in food preparation tasks such as mixing, portioning, some inventory tasks. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations during busy periods.

Qualifications

(Preferred)

Experience baking, or food preparation within a restaurant or bakery setting. Strong knowledge of food safety standards and proper handling procedures. Experience with food industry equipment such as mixers, ovens, large fryers. Good communication skills and ability to work well as part of a team Kitchen experience with food handling certifications is a plus.
