We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Night Auditor to join our hospitality team. The Night Auditor plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the hotel during overnight hours, providing exceptional guest services while managing financial transactions and maintaining accurate records. This position requires a strong commitment to customer service, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

Perform nightly audits of hotel accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies. Manage front desk operations during the night shift, including checking guests in and out. Provide outstanding customer service by addressing guest inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a pleasant stay. Handle phone calls efficiently, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and hospitality skills. Maintain accurate records of all transactions and prepare reports for management review. Assist guests with special requests or concerns, ensuring their needs are met promptly. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations throughout the hotel. Ensure the front desk area is clean and organized at all times.

Requirements

Previous experience in a hotel environment or guest services is preferred. Strong customer service skills with a focus on hospitality excellence. Proficiency in using phone systems and handling multiple calls effectively. Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills. Ability to work independently during night shifts with minimal supervision. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills are essential for auditing tasks. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
