Afternoon Front Desk Agent and Night Auditor

This hybrid position plays a critical role in both guest services and daily financial reconciliation. The successful candidate will be trained to perform both shifts and must demonstrate flexibility, professionalism, and a commitment to Marriott's high standards of service.

Key Responsibilities:

Night Auditor Duties (11:00 PM - 7:00 AM):

Complete end-of-day financial procedures, including balancing cash, credit, debit, and third-party restaurant transactions. Generate audit reports and reconcile daily revenue in accordance with Marriott standards. Perform front desk operations such as check-ins, check-outs, and reservation modifications.

Afternoon Front Desk Duties (3:00 PM - 11:00 PM):

Greet and assist guests with check-in and check-out processes. Handle guest inquiries, resolve issues, and provide outstanding customer service. Manage reservations, process payments, and ensure guest satisfaction.

Qualifications:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong computer literacy, with the ability to learn multiple software and property management systems (PMS). Proven customer service skills and a passion for hospitality. Strong multitasking and time management abilities. High attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Demonstrated adherence to Marriott brand standards and hotel policies. Previous hotel front desk or night audit experience is an asset.

Requirements:

Must be legally eligible to work in Canada. Must have

open

availability, including the ability to work overnight and afternoon shifts, weekends, and holidays as required. Must be available to work up to 40 hours per week, with overtime as needed. Strong work ethic and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
