Job Summary
As a Front Desk Agent/Night Auditor, you will be the first point of contact for guests at our hotel. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service and create a positive experience for all guests during their stay.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests upon arrival and check them into their rooms efficiently
- Handle guest check-outs and payments in an accurate and timely manner
- Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate department
- Assist guests with inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions
- Process end-of-day financial reports, balancing daily revenue and expenses
- Ensure all guest charges, room rates, and other revenue-related data are accurate
- Resolve discrepancies in financial reports, such as missing payments or incorrect billing
-Ensure all audit procedures and financial records are compliant with hotel standards
Experience
-Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or accounting is preferred
-Knowledge of hotel management systems (e.g., Opera) and financial software is a plus
- Strong communication skills with fluency in multiple languages is advantageous
- Ability to handle difficult situations with patience and professionalism
- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
-Proficient in MS Excel and other accounting tools
-Attention to detail, particularly with financial and audit tasks
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.65-$17.00 per hour
