Front Desk/night Auditor
Job Description
We are looking for an energetic, motivated, empowered key player to join the Hampton Inn & Suites Edmonton International Airport team in Leduc. For the key role of Front Desk/Night Auditor
Duties:
Deliver exceptional guest experience
Working scheduled overnight shift 11:00 p.m. - 7:00 a.m, 3pm-11pm or 7am-3pm
Answering telephones
Checking in and checking out guests
Balancing the day's revenues; Complete required paperwork
Help preparing breakfast
Maintaining clean work place/Covid-19 protocols
Perform light housekeeping & cleaning of front desk area, and lobby area
Complete required training
Teamwork
Work with minimal supervision
Other duties Assigned
Qualifications required:
*Hotel and franchise experience considered an asset
*Hospitality experience considered an asset
Must be available for weekends/Holidays
Must have excellent communication (verbal & written), telephone and interpersonal skills
Must have excellent computer skills
Excellent problem-solving skills are required
Work within a structured schedule, based on a long term commitment

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00-$17.00 per hour
Work Location: In person
