As a Night Auditor / Front Desk Agent, your responsibilities will include:

Welcoming late-arriving guests and managing overnight check-ins and check-outs Ensuring a calm and secure environment for guests during nighttime hours Running nightly audit reports and reconciling daily transactions Preparing documentation for the next day's operations Responding to guest inquiries, requests, and emergencies with professionalism and care Coordinating with security, housekeeping, and maintenance as needed Monitoring room availability, processing reservations, and handling no-shows or cancellations A friendly, outgoing personality and a passion for hospitality Strong communication and multitasking skills Previous hotel or customer service experience is an asset Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Familiarity with hotel systems is a plus
