We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Front Desk Clerk/Night Auditor to join our hospitality team. This role is essential in providing exceptional guest services and ensuring a smooth operation of the front desk during night shifts(11PM-7AM) 2 Days a week guaranteed. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to handle various tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide them with necessary information regarding their stay.
Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently, ensuring accuracy in guest accounts.
Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly to enhance overall guest satisfaction.
Operate multi-line phone systems to manage incoming calls and provide assistance as needed.
Maintain the front desk area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and welcoming at all times.
Conduct nightly audits of hotel operations, including reviewing financial transactions and preparing reports.
Assist with reservations, cancellations, and modifications as required.
Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure all guest needs are met promptly.
Requirements
Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality environment is preferred.
Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
Proficiency in phone etiquette and handling multi-line phone systems effectively.
Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to cater to diverse guests.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with attention to detail.
Ability to work independently during night shifts while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
