The Sales Associate position is the first point of contact for our customers and, as such, responsible for providing consistently high levels of customer service to all clients who visit our Show homes.
Reporting:
This position will report directly to the Manager, Sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure a positive customer experience by setting precise expectations and informing client accurately on the home buying process.
Present and communicate a variety of floor plans, features and benefits.
Commit to maintain Show home/ open house schedule including weekends.
Prospect for new customers through referrals, and lead follow up.
Requirements:
High School diploma; Post Secondary education
At least two years experience in new home sales
Licensed Driver preferred as you will be working in several different neighborhoods;
Strong customer service and troubleshooting skills;
Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, and Word;
Strong interpersonal and communication (verbal and written) skills;
Ability to excel in a fast paced, dynamic, deadline driven environment;
Ability to train and carry out client walkthroughs, specifically focusing on the electrical, finishing, pre-possession, and final possession stages.
Working Conditions:
Professional attire at all times: Traditional Show home office hours are Monday to Thursday 2:00 pm to 8:00 pm and 12:00 pm to 5:00 pm on weekends and holidays.
