Sales Associate Advertisement

The Sales Associate will report to and support the Area Sales Manager in achieving sales and providing a superior customer experience.

The Sales Associate will be responsible but not limited to the following:

Duties and Responsibilities

Meeting and greeting Guests

Demonstrating the show home

Undertaking prospecting initiatives

Overseeing customer inquiries

Assist the Area Manager with generating sales

Supporting the Area Manager with the sales process and administrative duties from purchase to possession

Ensure the sales centres has required marketing material and all other supplies

Request any service required for show home - ensure show home appearance is impeccably maintained

Become fully versed and knowledgeable of our homes, our offerings and the communities where we build

Have a desire to learn about the new home building industry

Demonstrate ability to work independently, proactively, take initiative as well as work well within a team environment

Able to work Thursdays/Fridays 11:30 am-6:00p and Saturdays and Sundays 11:30 - 5:00 and occasional company events/meetings

Job Qualifications:

Strong communication skills both verbal and written

Outstanding customer service and people skills

Exceptional attention to detail and able to review legal documents for accuracy and completeness

Proficient computer skills

Minimum 2 years' experience in a sales related position

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $1,700.00-$5,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 15 - 25 per week

Work Location: In person
