• Experience in a sales based position, preferably in the real estate industry, with a track record of exceeding customer expectations.
• A self-motivated individual who can work both independently and in a team environment.
• Reliable vehicle to permit commuting between communities (Beaumont, Leduc & West Edmonton).
• Availability for showhome hours. Monday to Thursday 3 pm to 8 pm. Saturday/Sundays/Holidays 12 pm to 5 pm.
• A fast learner with excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and time management.
• Effective communication, professionalism and a genuine interest in helping people.

General Position Summary:

• Sell new homes!
• Assist Area Sales Manager/New Home Specialist
• Work with prospective buyers to qualify their needs and wants through answering questions, listening, providing information and showing available homes
• Executing and understanding the products and processes of Look Master Builder Edmonton Inc. to assist in all aspects of the new home purchase in a professional manner (ie. Mortgages, Sales Agreements, Construction, Design).
• Ensure the showhome is open for scheduled business hours and that the showhome and home sites are tidy and presentable at all times.
• Assist with providing content for social media platforms and participate in marketing campaigns.
• Maintain knowledge of the real estate market and market competitors.
• Be an expert on the community and surrounding areas that the showhome is situated in, including neighborhood amenities, land developer, transit, schools, and businesses.
