About the Position
Reporting to the territory Manager, the Sales Associate is responsible for supporting and facilitating the new homes sales process.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Selling new homes
- Prospecting new buyers
- Assist with managing inventory, sales and customer relations
- Ensure products from the sales center, show homes and predesigned inventory are professionally marketed and presented
- Research and analyze competitive information in the new home and resale market
- Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive leads
- Minimum one (1) year of experience in a direct sales experience; new home sales preferred
- Motivated, independent and self-driven
- Personable, outgoing and energetic
- Must be willing and available to work weekends
