Responsibilities

Leveraging all aspects of networking technology, responsible for the architecture and design of MNP's network
Manage the day-to-day operations of the Network team
Maintain the company network and communications infrastructure firm wide, including Wide Area Networks, Local Area Networks, VOIP and ISP communications
Collaborate with the Cyber Security team to ensure the network is configured to adhere to best practices for security and performance

Skills and Experience

Expert level knowledge of the following:
Architecture and Design of Enterprise networking including Datacenter and Azure Cloud Networking
Next Gen Firewalls
SD WAN
Wireless Networks
VPN Technologies
Identity and Access Management Solutions
Strong understanding of security best practices and foundational network concepts
Excellent knowledge of VOIP solutions
Demonstrated experience leading and mentor a team of network professionals
Ability to communicate in both French and English is considered an asset
