Job Description

Our client, a Vancouver-based Life Science company, seeks a Financial ERP Specialist to help complete their ERP implementation. You will be working closely with the ERP Project Manager and providing guidance to the Finance department and executive team to ensure the company is well-utilizing all financial modules and functionalities within Oracle NetSuite ERP. This will be a full-time-hour contract consulting engagement with hybrid and mostly remote arrangements. However, for the right individual, there may be a part-time possibility as well with hybrid and mostly remote arrangements.

Your responsibilities include:

-Work with key stakeholders in the development of financial reports, direct data extraction, data manipulation and analysis.

-Provide specialized knowledge, analytical, and technical expertise in information management processes utilizing a deep understanding of data standards in relation to establishing quality reports.

-Carries out post-implementation reviews and makes recommendations for improvements.

-Provides support to key stakeholders by leading and performing feasibility studies, workload efficiency analyses, using formal data gathering techniques and analyzing, designing and implementing appropriate information systems.

-Drive change management initiatives to positively influence the adoption of the system and participation in the project

-Understand business processes and the integration of other applications, such as the CRM Database

-Provide support to FP& A functions and create various monthly management reports

-Troubleshoot any system glitches in the post-implementation environment to ensure optimum system utilization

Requirements

The following skills are also highly desired:

- Strong business acumen and understanding of leading Cloud-based ERP solutions, especially Oracle NetSuite ERP.

- Ability to provide an unbiased opinion to leadership, whilst demonstrating different solutions at various price points

- Proven track record successfully selecting and implementing at least one major ERP implementation

- Ability to drive cross-functional teams toward a common goal
