The ERP Development Specialist is responsible for analyzing and developing our ERP system to ensure it will be able to support the company\'s needs and its growth. Will need to ensure that the Finance team is using it efficiently and proposing new processes or new solutions to meet that goal.

He/she will also be responsible for the implementation of a reporting application on our current ERP and helping the Finance team in the development of new reporting.

Main responsibilities:

• The first priority is to analyze the current set up of our ERP and propose solutions to be able to meet our needs;
• Manage and execute the proposed solutions;
• Assist the Finance team in improving the efficiency of the monthly process and maximize the ERP usage;
• Manage the implementation of the reporting application in our ERP and do internal training for the Finance and Management teams;
• Develop the financial and management reporting required;
• Assist the Finance team to set up new offices in our ERP system;
• Ensure that the ERP and the other systems are well connected.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of NetSuite;
• 5+ years of system implementation and integration;
• Bachelor\'s degree in a related field (administration, operations management, human resources or computer science/technology);
• Understanding of Finance processes and requirements;
• Ability to develop and maintain NetSuite Scripts/SuiteScript tools to enable connections with other systems.
