A Glimpse of Your Typical Day:

As a NetSuite ERP Implementation Specialist, your daily responsibilities will include:

• Determine operational objectives by interacting with the business stakeholders and studying business functions; gathering information; evaluating output requirements and formats.
• Act as subject matter expert and guide business leaders to make required process changes to take full advantage of the capabilities of the NetSuite ERP system.
• Support end users in different business functions to develop NetSuite scripts, workflows, and searches.
• Responsible for NetSuite-related process improvements, upgrades, and enhancements.
• Manage and execute the creation and delivery of strong business requirements and functional requirements.
• Monitor project progress by tracking activity; resolving problems; publishing progress reports; recommending actions.
• Articulate business needs to document current state processes and support the documentation and implementation of new operational processes.
• Facilitate requirements elicitation; capture requirements in formal deliverables; prioritize; document user stories, build and manage backlogs.
• Responsible for understanding the project design, maintaining required artifacts to create an implementation plan, and putting it into practice.
• Present to a variety of audiences, including executives, project teams, vendors, and customers.
• Maintain user confidence and protect operations by keeping information confidential.
• Working with the Business Relationship Managers to define the business case.
• Conduct insightful, ad hoc analyses to investigate ongoing or one-time operational issues.

Identifies the impact of changes on the affected users, current workflows, and external business environment. * Provides for and/or participates in user training in various functional organizations as required.

• Develops system and functional verification tests for upgrades and updates; coordinates user acceptance testing; reviews test results with users and obtains user approvals.

Requirements:

To excel in this role, you will need the following qualifications and skills:

• 5+ years of experience directly working as a Business Analyst, facilitating requirements sessions with business stakeholders, documenting user stories, and prioritizing features backlog, among other responsibilities.
• Bachelor\'s degree in Business/Accounting or a related field.
• Working knowledge of JIRA and CONFLUENCE.
• Strong understanding of accounting tasks, including GL, AP, AR, and revenue recognition.
• Familiarity and experience with project management processes and tools.
• Proven ability to build strong relationships and gain the trust of critical stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with empathetic listening abilities.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
• Negotiation and diplomacy skills through solid interpersonal abilities.
• High aptitude with industry-standard methodologies and models.
• Strong business acumen and the ability to quickly understand business models.
• Familiarity with design thinking and business case development.
