The company continues to grow and is seeking candidates for the following role (please note that

salary will be determined based on experience):

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES



System Administration & Support

Act as the primary administrator for NetSuite, handling user management, roles, permissions, and security settings. Provide day-to-day support, troubleshoot issues, and resolve system errors or performance concerns. Serve as the go-to resource for employees, ensuring adoption and proper use of NetSuite.
Post-Implementation Optimization

Assess and refine workflows, scripts, dashboards, reports, and saved searches to improve business processes. Partner with business users to identify opportunities for automation and system enhancements. Ensure system configuration aligns with evolving business requirements.
Customization & Development

Build and maintain custom records, fields, forms, workflows, and SuiteScripts as needed. Support integration with third-party applications and manage API/data connections. Test, document, and deploy new functionality or changes in a controlled manner.
Reporting & Analytics

Develop and maintain KPIs, dashboards, and custom reports for finance, operations, and supply chain. Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across modules. Provide insights and recommendations based on system data.
Upgrades & Maintenance

Stay current with NetSuite releases, assess impact, and lead upgrade testing. Implement new features and modules as they become available. Ensure system documentation is kept and up to date.
Collaboration & Training

Work closely with Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, and other teams to translate business needs into NetSuite solutions. Train end-users on new features, processes, and best practices. Act as the liaison between internal stakeholders and external consultants/NetSuite support when needed.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS



Education & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Supply Chain, Accounting/Finance, or related field (or equivalent practical experience). Hands-on experience with NetSuite administration, consulting, or development. Strong understanding of ERP processes in areas such as Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, or Manufacturing. Experience in post-implementation optimization (configuring workflows, custom fields, dashboards, and reports).
Technical Skills

Experience with multi-subsidiary, multi-currency, or global NetSuite environments. Proficiency with NetSuite customization tools (saved searches, SuiteFlow, SuiteBuilder, dashboards, KPIs), RF-Smart. Familiarity with SuiteScript (1.0/2.0) and NetSuite integrations (RF-SMART). Strong Excel/data analysis skills; experience with SQL is a plus.
Soft Skills

Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities -- able to translate business needs into system solutions. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills (finance, operations, supply chain, execs). Self-starter who can work independently but also collaborate with cross-functional teams. Ability to train and support end-users in a clear, approachable way.
Nice to Have (Assets)

NetSuite Administrator or SuiteFoundation certification. Background in supply chain, logistics and/or Manufacturing ERP processes. Prior consulting or implementation partner experience.

SALARY AND LOCATION



This is a permanent full-time role based at the company's warehouses on the outskirts of Ottawa, Ontario (K7C 3P2) or at in the Toronto office (M4N 2M1).

Salary will be commensurate with skills and experience.
