We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Naturopathic Doctor to join our dynamic team.

Position Summary:

The Naturopathic Doctor will provide high-quality naturopathic healthcare services to patients, focusing on natural and preventative medicine. This role involves conducting thorough patient assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to deliver integrated care. The ideal candidate will be passionate about holistic health, detail-oriented, and committed to improving patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including health history, lifestyle, and dietary habits. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that incorporates naturopathic therapies such as: herbal medicine, nutrition, and lifestyle counselling. Educate patients on natural health principles, disease prevention, and healthy lifestyle choices. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals within the clinic to ensure coordinated and comprehensive patient care. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in accordance with regulatory and clinic standards. Stay current with advancements, and best practices in naturopathic medicine. Engage in continuous professional development and contribute to the clinic's quality improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

Doctor of Naturopathy (ND) degree from an accredited naturopathic medical school. Current licensure with the Manitoba Naturopathic Association (MNA). Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience as a Naturopathic Doctor. Strong clinical skills in patient assessment, diagnosis, and treatment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team. Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
