WEWELL is a next-generation health and longevity studio located in the heart of Vancouver's Fairview neighborhood. Our mission is to

extend healthspan and reduce biological age

by combining proactive care, data-informed decisions, and a truly collaborative model that connects movement, recovery, nutrition, and mind-body medicine.

With a newly renovated space, private consultation rooms, and an expert team that includes physiotherapists, trainers, osteopaths, Pilates instructors, and RMTs--WEWELL is building a new gold standard for long-term wellness.

About the Role:



We're looking for a

Senior Naturopathic Doctor

with a minimum of

10 years' clinical experience

who is fluent in

evidence-based aging protocols

, advanced lab analysis, and practical lifestyle change strategies. You'll work side-by-side with our

personal trainers, strength coaches, and dietitians

to deliver measurable results--helping clients reduce inflammation, balance hormones, lose weight, and regain energy.

You should have experience guiding patients through

long-term transformation programs

and be excited to use WEWELL's tools--from IV therapy and body composition testing to group education, supplements, and digital coaching solutions.

This is a key leadership role for someone who loves collaborating across disciplines and bringing

modern naturopathic care to life

in a performance-driven, client-first environment.

Responsibilities:



Conduct deep client assessments across metabolic, hormonal, digestive, and lifestyle factors Develop clear, science-backed plans to support

weight loss, inflammation reduction, energy optimization, hormonal balance, and longevity

Use and interpret

advanced functional lab testing

, including hormonal, gut, micronutrient, and inflammatory markers Administer and personalize

IV therapy

protocols to support recovery, immunity, detox, and performance Collaborate with

personal trainers and nutritionists

to align care plans with training blocks, caloric needs, and recovery timelines Leverage the latest research, tools, and technology in aging science and healthspan optimization Co-create group health programs and educational content around

weight loss, metabolism, and bio-age reversal

Contribute proactively to WEWELL's growth strategy by providing insights on services, retention strategies, and client conversion pathways Recommend and align clients with WEWELL's full ecosystem of services: recovery, strength classes, Pilates, coaching, and more

Requirements:



Minimum

10 years' experience

in clinical naturopathic practice Licensed and in good standing with the

College of Naturopathic Physicians of BC (CNPBC)

Certification and clinical experience in

IV therapy

Deep knowledge in

functional medicine, aging science, hormonal health, metabolism, and inflammation

Skilled in requesting, interpreting, and applying data from

comprehensive lab panels

Experience supporting

weight loss and body composition change

in a structured and collaborative setting Clear, empathetic communicator who can hold clients accountable to outcomes Proactive, innovative, and entrepreneurial mindset--excited to shape the future of integrated health A team player who thrives in

Job Types: Part-time, Fixed term contract, Freelance

Pay: $66.00-$135.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 16 per week
