On target income (OTI) is composed of your base salary + commission/bonus structure. With a commitment to sustainability, technology, and customer satisfaction, we strive to create seamless and hassle-free parking experiences.Position Overview: The National Sales Director will develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth and market expansion across Canada. This role involves leading a dynamic sales team, building and maintaining relationships with key clients, and identifying new business opportunities to achieve organizational goals.Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy Development:
  • Develop and implement a national sales strategy aligned with the company\'s goals and objectives.
  • Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform sales planning.
  • Set and achieve sales targets, budgets, and forecasts.
  • Team Leadership:
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing national sales team.
  • Foster a collaborative and results-driven team culture.
  • Provide ongoing training and development opportunities for the sales team.
  • Client Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for major accounts and negotiations.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Business Development:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company\xe2\x80\x99s market presence.
  • Develop and execute strategies to enter new markets and acquire new clients.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective sales campaigns and initiatives.
  • Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics and KPIs.
  • Prepare regular reports for senior management on sales performance, market trends, and opportunities.
  • Adjust strategies based on data-driven insights to optimize sales effectiveness.
  • Collaboration and Cross-Functional Leadership:
  • Work closely with other departments, such as Marketing, Operations, and Customer Service, to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.
  • Participate in strategic planning and contribute to the overall growth strategy of the company.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of at least 5-7 years in a senior sales leadership role, preferably in the facilities service industry.
  • Strong understanding of the market and business landscape.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to travel nationally as required.
