Be part of it.The Area Sales Director, Digital Workflows (Full arch and Single implant workflow) will lead and inspire a specialized team of digital workflow representatives across Canada. This role is pivotal in driving business growth through strategic leadership, innovative sales strategies, and a relentless focus on customer success. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with implantology teams, ensuring the seamless integration of digital workflows into the broader dental implant landscape. Extensive travel across Canada is required to support the team, engage with customers, and build relationships nationwide.This position is responsible for, but not limited to, the following:

  • Strategic Sales Leadership:
  • Develop and execute short- and long-term sales strategies to maximize revenue and achieve established business targets.
  • Regularly monitor performance against key performance indicators, adjusting strategies as needed to ensure success.
  • Team Development & Coaching:
  • Coach Digital Solutions Specialists (DSSs) to achieve sales targets through individualized business plans and targeted development.
  • Foster superior territory management, advanced product knowledge (Digital, surgical, prosthetics), and effective selling skills.
  • Address underperformance objectively and in a timely manner with clear action plans and development strategies.
  • Collaboration & Synergy:
  • Build strong partnerships with internal functions such as Education, Marketing, Sales Excellence, and Human Resources.
  • Promote collaboration with; DSO Account Managers, Institutional Account Managers, BDM Clinical and BDM Laboratory and implantology teams to enhance customer solutions.
  • Promote collaboration and sales execution of DSS efforts within Strategic Accounts - including University, Hospital, DSO and GPO
  • Field Presence & Customer Engagement:
  • Co-travel with DSSs (minimum of 30 days per quarter) to provide in-field coaching, support sales activities, and identify development opportunities.
  • Represent the organization at industry events, customer meetings, and trade shows as an ambassador for digital innovation in implantology.
  • Data-Driven Sales Management:
  • Utilize CRM systems (e.g., SAP CRM, IANOS, PBI) and analytics to identify areas of opportunity, guide business strategies, and drive team performance.
  • Train team members to leverage these tools to optimize their customer interactions and territory management.
  • Financial Oversight:
  • Manage expense and discount budgets within established guidelines to ensure profitability.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelorxe2x80x99s degree OR 4+ years professional work experience
  • 3+ years of progressive leadership experience
  • Sales leadership experience withing the dental, medical or digital solutions industry
  • Strong knowledge of digital workflows, CAD/CAM technology and related software
  • Valid driver's license, safe driving record, maintaining auto insurance coverage
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience managing remote teams across multiple regions
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and data-driven decision-making
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills with a track record of achieving sales targets
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities
  • Bilingual in English and French is an asset
