Notre equipe de ventes veut absolument vous rencontrez!CE QUE VOUS ACCOMPLIREZSous la supervision du Vice-president des ventes, le Directeur des ventes aura la responsabilite de developper le marche au Canada de faaon recurrente et profitable afin de maximiser les ventes dans les differentes provinces et canaux de ventes. Le Directeur des ventes devra egalement assurer la gestion des operations chez les clients incluant laEUR(TM)efficacite, la qualite, et le service client.VOTRE QUOTIDIEN

  • Developper le marche existant en etablissant des nouvelles relations daEUR(TM)affaires
  • Assumer la gestion et le developpement de laEUR(TM)equipe de ventes et du service daEUR(TM)installation
  • Participer a laEUR(TM)elaboration de la strategie commerciale
  • Participer a la negociation des contrats avec les clients & distributeurs
  • Developper et mettre en A"uvre des techniques ventes & operations efficaces
  • Suivre et analyser les resultats des ventes et suggerer des ameliorations
  • Maximiser la presence sur le terrain afin daEUR(TM)apporter un support aux equipes de ventes et daEUR(TM)installations.

VOUS AVEZ
  • Minimum 10 ans daEUR(TM)experience en ventes et gestion operationnelle
  • Experience en gestion daEUR(TM)equipe
  • Parfaitement bilingue a laEUR(TM)ecrit et a laEUR(TM)oral

  • Maximize field presence to support sales and installation teams

YOU HAVE
  • Minimum of 10 years of sales experience
  • Experience in team management
  • Fully bilingual (spoken/written)
