The NAMR Commercial Manager is at the rockface in driving BCG’s commercial agenda with our clients. In this role, you will partner closely with our experienced Commercial Directors / Commercial Sr. Managers and directly coach, support, and enable our Managing Director & Partner (MDP) / Partner / Principal client account teams. Specific responsibilities include:
Providing commercial support (e.g., supporting development of negotiation strategy, analytical modelling, advising on tactics) to Commercial Directors / Commercial Sr. Managers and MDPs throughout the end-to-end negotiation process for rate cards, VBP, payment terms / expenses, etc.
Assisting with ongoing proactive management of our existing client rate card portfolio
Developing trainings and tools to enable client account teams
Evolving state of the art commercial practices, content, and decision-making tools
Coaching client account teams on commercial best practices
Collecting and analyzing competitive intelligence to uncover trends and insights
Teaming closely with Global Revenue Management, Finance and Legal
In addition, you will also have opportunities to lead and contribute to initiatives that will drive innovations and enhancements to our Global Revenue Management and NAMR Commercial Team strategy and operations.

YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)
Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree, preferably an MBA, a plus
Significant experience working with senior stakeholders, preferably in a dynamic project-based work environment
5-10+ years of relevant professional services experience
Experience in multinational environments desirable
Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
Hiring level determined in line with experience and qualifications
YOU'LL WORK WITH
The NAMR Commercial Team is recognized for the exceptional commercial support we provide to our client service MDPs. You’ll partner closely with Commercial Directors in NAMR and all other regions and Global Revenue Management. In addition, you’ll also collaborate with colleagues from across BCG, including Finance and Legal.
