Overview

We are seeking a passionate and skilled nail technician to join our team. In this role, you will provide exceptional beauty treatments and services to our clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Your will get a chance to practice in various techniques, such as massage, facial, waxing, gel nail, and eye lash extension.

Duties

Perform body waxing services with precision and care, ensuring client comfort throughout the process. Provide nail care services, including manicures and pedicures, while maintaining high standards of hygiene and sanitation. Engage with clients to understand their beauty needs and recommend appropriate treatments or products. Upsell additional services and retail products to enhance the client experience and meet sales goals. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the treatment area, adhering to all sanitation protocols. Build strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service and effective communication skills. Stay updated on the latest beauty trends and techniques to provide informed recommendations to clients.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Beauty Therapist or in a similar role within the beauty industry. Proficiency in body waxing, nail care, and other beauty treatments. Strong customer service skills with a focus on creating positive client experiences. Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and understand their needs. Knowledge of sanitation practices and adherence to health regulations in a salon environment. Experience in retail sales is a plus, with the ability to upsell products confidently. A valid certification or license in beauty therapy is preferred but not mandatory.
