We're inviting skilled and passionate beauty professionals to join us as either a

freelance or independent contractors

. This is an excellent opportunity to grow your business within a thriving salon environment that already attracts a steady flow of clients.

Massage Therapist Nail Technician Microblading Technician Lash Lift Technician

Compensation:

50/50 revenue split

(negotiable based on experience and service type)

You earn from each booked client -- no fixed hours or wage cap

What We're Looking For:

Minimum

3 years of experience

in your field Certification or licensing (as applicable) Strong communication and customer service skills Professional, reliable, and client-focused Able to work at both

Richmond and Vancouver

locations
