Responsibilities

Perform a variety of beauty treatments, including body waxing, nail care, and skincare services. Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all treatment areas and equipment. Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs and preferences. Upsell additional services and retail products to enhance the client experience. Keep accurate records of client treatments and preferences to ensure personalized service. Stay updated on industry trends and new techniques to continuously improve skills. Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming atmosphere for clients.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Beauty Therapist or similar role is preferred. Strong knowledge of body waxing techniques and nail care practices. Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members. Ability to provide outstanding customer service with a friendly demeanor. Experience in retail sales is an advantage, with the ability to upsell products confidently. Commitment to maintaining sanitation standards in all aspects of work.
