Responsibilities
Oversee daily salon operations and make sure the salon environment meets cleanliness and hygiene standards is clean, comfortable, and well-staffed Arrange appointments for clients and create work schedules for staff Monitor salon inventory and order new supplies as needed Monitor staff's performance and provide guidance to them Design and implement marketing and promotional campaigns Hire, train and coach salon staff Handle customer complaints and issues, and ensure customer satisfaction Perform salon services for customers as needed
