Hairdressing Salon Manager

JK FAMCO INC. dba Jin Hair Salon & Spa located in Victoria, BC is looking for an experienced and skilled Hairdressing Salon Manager.

Conditions:

? Position: Hairdressing Salon Manager (NOC 60040)

? Working Hours: Full-time, Permanent Position (30 hours per week)

? Hourly Wage: $37.00 per hour

? Vacation: 4% gross salary

? Position Available: 1

Requirements

? Education: Completion of secondary school.

? Experience: Minimum 3 years of Managerial experience in the Hair Salon Business

? Leadership needed

? Need to be friendly and helpful

? Excellent oral communication

Job Duties

? Manage and co-ordinate activities of staff and assign staff to daily job duties

? Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations

? Manage contracts for advertising or marketing strategies

? Establish or implement policies and procedures for staff

? Address customers' complaints or concerns

? Manage inventory process

? Plan and control budget and inventory
