Join Our Team at Chorus Music - Vaughan's Premier Music School

Chorus Music is Vaughan's Yamaha-Authorized Music Education Centre, recording studio, and performance space. We are proud to have been selected as one of the "Three Best Rated" music schools in Vaughan every year since 2016.

We are currently hiring music instructors to join our growing team for the upcoming academic year starting in September. We're looking for reliable, enthusiastic, and skilled musicians who are passionate about teaching students of all ages and skill levels.

What We're Looking For:

Our ideal candidate is:

A self-motivated and reliable professional Passionate about music education Comfortable teaching students of all ages (RCM Level 8+ teaching experience is an asset) Skilled at creating a positive and encouraging learning environment An excellent communicator who enjoys working with children and families

Qualifications:

Post-secondary studies in music and/or music education (preferred) Previous teaching experience (preferred) Ability to commit to a consistent teaching schedule Punctual, professional, and reliable

Responsibilities:

Teach private and/or group music lessons Help students build skills, technique and confidence Track student progress and provide constructive feedback Prepare students for performances, festivals, exams (e.g. RCM) or personal goals

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 25 per week
