Multi-Trades Construction Worker
to join our team. This full-time position involves a variety of seasonal work -- exterior projects in the summer and interior finishing through the winter.Responsibilities:
Roofing (shingles and metal) Siding, window, and door installations Deck and fence construction Drywall, flooring, tiling, and painting General carpentry and renovation tasks
Requirements:
Experience in general construction or renovations (2+ years preferred) Strong work ethic and attention to detail Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work safely at heights
Compensation:
Unskilled Labourer:
$20-$25/hourSkilled Tradesperson:
$25-$40/hour Year-round, full-time work with opportunities for growthJob Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $20.00-$40.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 - 60 per week
Work Location: In person
