Energy Coaches / Customer Support Agents will be responsible for inbound and outbound calls to encourage and provide support to individuals, businesses and residential alike to reduce energy use, save on utility costs, and improve environmental health, all through the various programs we run here at Summerhill. You will also be responsible for a wide range of administrative and clerical-type tasks that will take place in a fast-paced, friendly, and team-oriented environment.
