We are seeking an innovative, skilled and detail-oriented Multi-Channel eCommerce Coordinator to oversee and grow our online retail presence across multiple platforms including Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon, Walmart, Wayfair, Etsy, and more. This role is critical to ensuring that our products are optimally listed, priced, promoted, and fulfilled across all relevant digital sales channels.
You will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, listings, analytics, marketing coordination, and customer service alignment for all eCommerce platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and optimize product listings across Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon, Walmart, Wayfair, Etsy, and other third-party platforms.
Oversee inventory syncing, pricing strategies, and product categorization across all channels.
Develop and execute strategies to increase online sales, conversion rates, and marketplace rankings.
Monitor KPIs and performance analytics across all platforms and suggest improvements.
Coordinate with the marketing team on promotional campaigns, SEO, and content strategy.
Handle integrations, plugins, and apps related to platforms (e.g., inventory management, shipping, analytics).
Troubleshoot issues related to product feeds, orders, shipping, or customer feedback across platforms.
Collaborate with customer support to ensure smooth resolution of eCommerce-related queries.
Oversight the web development team's performance
Collaborate with procurement team for the timely order of the products.
Stay up to date with platform policies, algorithm changes, and new tools.
Maintain brand consistency and compliance with marketplace standards.
Qualifications
Skill set for managing eCommerce operations across Shopify, WooCommerce, and marketplaces like Amazon, Walmart, Wayfair, Etsy, etc. (Experience will be a plus)
Strong knowledge of SEO, digital marketing and digital merchandising best practices.
Experience with data analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Amazon Seller Central reports, or similar.
Solid understanding of inventory and order management systems.
Tech-savvy and comfortable with plugins, APIs, integrations, and eCommerce tools.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and cross-functionally.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, eCommerce, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
2+ years of experience in an eCommerce role, preferably with multi-channel responsibility.
