100 Ways is a quickly growing E-commerce jewellery store based out of downtown Vancouver. We specialize in pre-owned fine jewellery, diamonds and custom items. We offer a wide selection of sustainable, timeless, and truly unique pieces.

About the Position:

We are currently hiring for a full-time Multi-Channel Sales Associate! We're hoping to find someone who prides themselves on their ability to build and maintain strong client relationships through engaging online and in-store interactions, manage our various online communication channels, and assist with logistics and administrative tasks.

Our ideal team member would embody positivity, enthusiasm, and an understanding of what it means to make every customer experience a memorable one. Coupled with and eagerness to learn, organizational skills, and an ability to adapt and grow with a highly motivated and dedicated team!

What every team member needs:

- At least

1 year of experience

in a customer facing role.

1 year of experience

with jewellery in a retail, manufacturing or administrative role is preferred but not required.

- Great customer service/communication skills.

- Comfortable managing multiple forms of communication

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- To be self-motivated and results driven.

- To have a proven interest in learning and development.

- Possess strong organizational skills.

- An understanding of Shopify is an asset, though not required.

Your role as a Multi-Channel Sales Associate:

- Provide exceptional customer service to our clients during in person and virtual appointments, over the phone and by email and live chat.

- Create a personalized experience for each and every customer you sit down with as well as building relationships with our ever growing client base.

- Assisting clients looking to sell their pre-loved jewelry .

- Monitoring customer payments in store as well as accurate data entry and filing once the appointment is complete.

- Help to maintain a clean and organized work environment.

- Working in coordination with shipping and logistics. Assisting with processing and packing orders.

Hours:

This is full-time position, approximately 40 hours/week.

We are presently looking for our Multi-Channel Sales Associate to be available from Wednesday to Sunday (5 days per week) between the hours of 9:00am-6:00pm. Please note that days off for this position may be split, based on the needs of the role.

Requirements:

1+ years of customer service experience.
