As a Global Product Owner for MPC Solutions, you will be responsible In conjunction with Engineering and process expert to overseeing the development and implementation of Model Predictive Control technologies across our global food processing operations in a consistent approach. This role requires a deep understanding of MPC technology, food processing, and product management. The ideal candidate will guide cross-functional teams, ensure product alignment with business need and value creation, enhance product functionalities, standardize rollout approach and products functionalities between sites/region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Strategy and Vision: In conjunction with Engineering and process expert and Manufacturing SME, define and communicate the product vision and strategy for MPC solutions globally.
  • Roadmap Development: In conjunction with Engineering and process expert and Manufacturing SME, develop and maintain a product roadmap, aligning with both short-term and long-term business goals. Prioritize product features and functionalities based on business impact and value.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as the primary liaison between engineering teams, business units, and external stakeholders. Gather and integrate feedback from various stakeholders to continuously refine the product.
  • Implementation Oversight: In conjunction with Engineering and process expert and local deployment team, oversee the implementation of MPC solutions across different locations, ensuring consistency and effectiveness. Monitor progress, mitigate risks, and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets.
KEY QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCES:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Advanced degree or MBA preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager, specifically in MPC or related process control technologies.
  • Experience in the food processing or related industry.
  • Global project or product management experience is highly desirable.
  • Technical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of Model Predictive Control technologies and their application in food processing. Relevant certifications in project management, Six Sigma, or specific digital technologies are beneficial.
  • Business Acumen: Strong manufacturing understanding
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Strong capability in data analysis and interpretation.
  • Proficiency in managing complex, global projects with a diverse team.
