Position Overview

We're seeking an experienced

Mozaik Software programmer and Shop Foreman

to lead our production process from the design phase through fabrication and assembly. The ideal candidate will be comfortable creating detailed cabinet layouts and cut lists in Mozaik, as well as managing a team on the shop floor to ensure accurate, efficient production.

Responsibilities

Mozaik Software Duties:

Design custom cabinetry and millwork using Mozaik Software Create cut lists, CNC output, and optimize material usage Collaborate with designers and clients to finalize production-ready drawings Generate job tickets and assist in planning materials and production schedule

Shop Foreman Duties:

Supervise and coordinate daily shop activities and production team Ensure quality control, safety, and adherence to timelines Manage inventory and order materials as needed Train and mentor shop staff in production methods and shop standards Coordinate with installation teams to ensure seamless delivery and execution

Qualifications

2+ years of experience

using Mozaik Cabinet Software or similar.

3+ years of experience

in a woodworking or cabinet-making environment, with leadership experience Strong understanding of cabinet construction, materials, and shop workflow Familiarity with CNC equipment and woodworking machinery Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills Ability to read technical drawings and blueprints Auto cad programming
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.00-$28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 50 per week
