Mozaik Software Programmer/operator

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Mozaik Software Programmer/Operator to lead the complete setup and calibration of our Mozaik libraries, job-costing models, and CNC integration. You'll work closely with our internal team, equipment operators, and supplier partners to build accurate costing for materials, hardware, and labor--enabling us to scale dealer licensing and deliver precise, turnkey CNC programs.

Key Responsibilities



Library Configuration & Data Import

Create and customize Mozaik libraries (materials, hardware, joinery templates, etc.) to match supplier catalogs and in-house standards mozaiksoftware.com Import supplier price guides and update cost fields for all components mozaiksoftware.com

Job Costing & Pricing Setup

Define and test job-costing templates, including material, hardware, and labor time allocations mozaiksoftware.com Configure multiple markup strategies and ensure consistent pricing outputs

CNC & Equipment Integration

Generate and optimize cut lists, layouts, and G-Code for CNC routers and nested operations Vaia Talents Calibrate post-processors and machine templates; perform alignment tests and troubleshooting LinkedIn

Testing & Validation

Conduct end-to-end testing of sample jobs, verify accuracy of cost reports, drawings, and machine files Identify and resolve discrepancies, ensuring error-free CNC programs for production

Collaboration & Documentation

Liaise with suppliers and our procurement team to validate pricing and part specifications Document workflows, configuration settings, and best practices for future license roll-outs Train internal staff on updated libraries and costing procedures

Qualifications & Skills



Mozaik Expertise

Minimum 2+ years hands-on experience configuring Mozaik Manufacturing and/or CNC modules Vaia Talents Familiarity with Mozaik's library management, pricing, and reporting features

Technical Background

Understanding of cabinetry/millwork manufacturing processes and hardware requirements Experience integrating CAD/CAM outputs with CNC routers, saws, and drilling machines

Additional Software Knowledge

Exposure to 2020 Design (Cyncly's parent platform) is a strong plus Proficiency with Excel or similar tools for data management and cost modeling

Soft Skills

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention to detail Excellent communication skills for supplier coordination and team training Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
