Key Responsibilities:

Professionally represent TMT by arriving on time, in uniform, and being polite. Build rapport with customers and obtain feedback to ensure ongoing satisfaction. Maintain thorough knowledge of all company products and services. Conduct pre-trip inspections and keep the truck clean and restocked. Participate in regular training and development programs.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

Excellent customer service skills. A team player who communicates effectively. Strong mathematical skills. Able to meet all physical demands required.

Goals & Success Factors:

On-time performance with zero no-shows. Achievement of time estimates and minimal damages. Strong customer service ratings and referrals. Consistent use of TMT uniforms while on the job.
