ONESource Moving Solutions

is expanding, and we are looking for a

Move Assistant

to join our team in Cambridge and Guelph, Ontario.

Main Responsibilities: Marketing & Brand Representation (Primary Focus)



Attend networking events, conferences, and community expos to represent ONESource Moving Solutions. Set up and manage promotional tables, engaging with potential clients and industry professionals. Hand out marketing materials, brochures, and business cards to generate leads and brand awareness. Confidently speak about our services to professionals, seniors, and families. Build and maintain relationships with realtors, retirement residences, restoration companies, and other key industry contacts. Provide follow-ups and maintain communication with potential partners and clients. Support social media initiatives by capturing photos or sharing event updates when applicable.

Move Assistance (Secondary Role)



Assist with

packing and unpacking

client belongings during moves. Help organize and coordinate items for relocation. Support the Team Leader with move-related tasks and ensure a smooth transition for clients. Attend regular staff meetings. Perform other duties as assigned.

$18.50-20/hour

Flexible Part-Time Hours:

15-30 hours per week (some weekends may be required).

Requirements:



Valid

Class G Driver's License

and

reliable transportation

(required). Comfortable working in both marketing and hands-on move support roles. Proficiency in Microsoft and Google platforms is an asset. A

Availability to work flexible hours, including occasional weekends or evenings for events.
