Moulder Operator - Ridge Cedar Ltd.

Location: Keswick Ridge - Fredericton's surrounding area

Position: Full-Time

Schedule: Day shift (Monday-Friday)

Ridge Cedar Ltd. is a growing, locally owned lumber mill specializing in high-quality cedar and custom wood products. We focus on quality, efficiency, and craftsmanship--and we're looking for a skilled Moulder Operator to join our team.

The Moulder Operator will be responsible for working with another staff member to learn the process of setting up, operating, and maintaining moulder equipment to produce finished lumber products to exact specifications.

Responsibilities:

Set up and operate moulder safely and efficiently

Read profiles, measurements, and work orders accurately

Adjust tooling, feed speeds, and machine settings as required

Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy

Perform basic maintenance and keep equipment clean

Troubleshoot minor machine issues

Maintain a clean and organized work area

Qualifications:

Experience operating a moulder or similar woodworking machinery (preferred)

Strong mechanical aptitude

Ability to read measurements and profiles accurately

Attention to detail and quality

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Reliable and safety-focused
