Salary: $16.00 - $19.00/ hour + benefits (negotiable based on experience)

NOW HIRING: Motorsports Parts Advisor LOCATION: Centennial Auto Sport & Tire - Charlottetown, PEI HOURS: Full Time, Permanent. 40-45 hours per week, Monday-Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm and a rotation of Saturday mornings 8:00am - 12:00pm. COMPENSATION: $16.00 - $19.00/ hour + benefits (negotiable based on experience) THE PERFECT FIT: Join us in the world of power sports as a Parts Advisor. • Assist customers in person, via phone, or online with their parts inquiries.
• Identify and source the correct motorsports parts and accessories based on customer requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of parts inventory.
• Monitor stock levels, reorder parts as needed, and organize the inventory area.
• Provide pricing information for parts and services.
• Generate quotes for customers and explain pricing details.
• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Resolve customer issues, including returns, exchanges, or warranty claims.
• Address concerns with professionalism and customer satisfaction in mind.
• Maintain records of customer interactions, sales transactions, and special orders.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Foster customer loyalty and repeat business.
• Utilize computer systems and software for parts lookup, ordering, and inventory management.
