What You'll Be Doing:
Reviewing, analyzing, and making sound credit decisions on incoming mortgage applications.
Evaluating income, credit, and property documents to ensure compliance with lender guidelines.
Communicating with lenders and internal team members to resolve application issues quickly and efficiently.
Communicating lender approvals and terms to clients
Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, lender policies, and underwriting requirements.
Managing a high volume of files with accuracy and efficiency.
What You Bring to the Table:
Proven experience in mortgage underwriting (primarily A, with B experience considered an asset).
Sharp organizational skills and a laser-like focus on detail -- nothing gets past you.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities with grace.
Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset -- we're a team-first kind of office.
Comfortable using
Zoho

Velocity, Adobe
, and
Microsoft Teams
on a daily basis.
You hold a valid, current mortgage broker's license in Alberta or British Columbia
