Job Description
Our client, a respected mid-size firm in Toronto, is seeking a junior year lawyer to assist with the litigation aspects of mortgage enforcement files. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience and learn from a highly respected and recognized group in a specialized area of law.
The successful candidate will assist with the preparation of pleadings, motions, and judgments, and will gain exposure to the full enforcement process. This role requires someone who understands or is eager to learn the process and intricacies of the Mortgages Act, and who is interested in developing a strong foundation in enforcement work for banks and credit unions.
