Responsibilities
Convert self-sourced and referral opportunities into funded files
Anticipate conditions and submit complete, lender-ready packages
Maintain concise notes, clear next steps, and same-day follow-ups
Proactively update clients, realtors, and solicitors from pre-approval to funding
Manage your pipeline like a business: forecast, prioritize, and close
Requirements
FSRA-licensed in Ontario (Level 1 or Level 2)
and in good standing
Based in the Greater Toronto Area with strong local market familiarity
Demonstrated recent funded production (share highlights)
Established book and referral network you actively grow
Strong communicator: confident on the phone and crisp in writing
Operational discipline: clean packaging, tidy documents, professional client updates
What this role is
100% commission position (no base salary)
No desk/franchise fees for producing agents
Competitive, transparent split structure for producing agents
Flexible schedule aligned to client needs
Hands-on support from active broker-owners
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $100,000.00-$215,208.70 per year
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Scarborough, ON M1T 3T9
