Mortgage Lending Centre seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Mortgage Agents to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for helping clients navigate the mortgage process. As a Mortgage Agent, you will be responsible for guiding clients through their financing options, ensuring they receive the best possible service and support throughout their mortgage journey. Fluency in English is preferred as we aim to serve a diverse clientele.

Responsibilities

Assist clients in understanding various mortgage products and options available to them. Evaluate clients' financial situations to recommend suitable mortgage solutions. Prepare and present loan applications to lenders on behalf of clients. Maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and customer service. Negotiate terms and conditions with lenders to secure favorable rates for clients. Utilize Microsoft Excel for data analysis, reporting, and maintaining client records. Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices in financial services. Provide exceptional customer service throughout the mortgage process to ensure client satisfaction.

Requirements

Proficiency in English; Strong negotiation skills with a focus on achieving positive outcomes for clients. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey information to clients and stakeholders. Background in financial services or related fields is preferred. Solid math skills for accurate calculations related to mortgages and financing options. A commitment to providing outstanding customer service and support throughout the mortgage process.
