We're looking for a
dedicated, reliable individual
to join our growing team as anMorning Prep Cook
. Hours would be approximately 6:00am - 11:00am, 3-5 days/week.Key Responsibilities Include:
Food prep, including light butchery, sauce preparation, and side dish assembly. Maintain food safety and sanitation standards, ensuring compliance with health regulations. Monitor and change fryer oil as needed to maintain food quality. Receive, inspect, and properly store deliveries to ensure freshness and stock accuracy.
General Responsibilities:
Maintain a clean and organized work environment. Follow company policies, health & safety regulations, and industry best practices. Assist with inventory management, stock rotation, and proper storage procedures.
Qualifications & Skills
Experience:
Previous butchery experience or prep experience in a fast-casual restaurant is required.Skills:
Strong time management, teamwork, and organizational skills.Attitude:
Positive, reliable, and eager to learn.Job Type: Part-time
