Roles and Responsibilities:

Work cooperatively under the direction of the senior Chefs on all matters of the kitchen Execute dishes to the exact standards as set by Executive Chef and Executive Sous Chef Ensure all food products are properly received and stored, including proper labeling and rotation of all food ingredients in the coolers, freezers, and dry storage

Cook Qualifications/Skills:

1+ years' experience in a similar role Culinary Diploma is an asset Strong cooking techniques and ingredient knowledge
