We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Dishwasher to join our team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in the kitchen, ensuring that all dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment are properly cleaned and sanitized. Duties

Efficiently wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans using commercial dishwashing equipment. Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area by sweeping, mopping, and disposing of waste as needed. Assist with food preparation tasks as required, including chopping vegetables and organizing ingredients. Ensure that all kitchen tools and equipment are cleaned and stored properly after use. Follow all health and safety regulations regarding food handling and sanitation practices. Support the kitchen staff during peak hours by helping with additional tasks as needed to ensure smooth operations.

Experience

Previous experience in a restaurant or hotel environment is preferred but not mandatory. Familiarity with kitchen operations, food service, and food handling practices is a plus. Experience in food preparation or cooking is advantageous for candidates looking to grow within the culinary field. A strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to work well under pressure in a team-oriented setting are essential qualities for success in this role.
