JOB DESCRIPTION

RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Bake all breads, baguettes, croissants and morning pastries following company recipes and processes
2. Follow recipe and procedure standards for scaling, prepping dough for breads or other pastry products
3. Ability to use standard pastry kitchen equipment such as ovens and mixers
4. Meet daily and weekly production requirements set out by the Head of Bread & Viennoiserie
8. Clean, sanitize and organize workstations daily
9. Follow all health and safety polices and procedures
QUALIFICATIONS
1. Minimum 2 year pastry related experience
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $23.00-$26.00 per hour
