Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and skilled Baker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the food industry, particularly in baking and food preparation. As a Baker, you will be responsible for creating a variety of baked goods, priorizing in bread and pastries. Your creativity in cake decorating and knowledge of food safety practices will contribute to our reputation for excellence.
Duties
Prepare and bake a wide range of products including breads, cakes, and desserts.

Decorate baked goods and deserts according to company standards.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area, adhering to food safety regulations.
Assist with inventory management by monitoring stock levels of ingredients and supplies.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely production and delivery of baked items.
Provide excellent customer service by interacting positively with customers when needed.
Follow recipes accurately while also being open to experimenting with new flavors and techniques.
Qualifications

of experience in Baking industry is needed
diploma in culinary, license and certification is an
asset
but will by highly considered
Experience in cake decorating is preferred
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow recipes precisely.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings or weekends as needed.
