Job Summary
As a Montessori Guide for Infant/Toddler & Casa, you will play a vital role in providing a nurturing and educational environment for young children. Your responsibilities will involve creating engaging learning experiences and fostering the development of children in accordance with Montessori principles.
Duties
- Implement Montessori curriculum for Infant/Toddler & Casa age groups
- Create a safe and stimulating environment that supports children's growth and development
- Observe and assess children's progress to tailor educational strategies
- Collaborate with parents and colleagues to support each child's holistic development
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting classroom setting
- Utilize effective time management to balance teaching, observation, and administrative tasks
Requirements
- Prior experience in childcare or early childhood education
- Ability to educate and engage children effectively
- Proficiency in computer operation for record-keeping and educational tools
- Familiarity with Montessori philosophy and methodology
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently
- Knowledge of special education practices is a plus
- Fluency in French is advantageous for language immersion programs
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
