About Us:

We are a nurturing and inclusive Montessori preschool dedicated to supporting the natural development of children through a hands-on, child-centered approach. We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Montessori Educator to join our vibrant team and guide children in the Casa (3-6 years) classroom.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and maintain a carefully prepared Montessori environment that fosters independence, curiosity, and respect. Guide children through individual and group lessons based on Montessori philosophy and materials. Observe and document children's progress and development. Collaborate with colleagues and communicate effectively with parents. Ensure a safe, engaging, and respectful learning environment. Support children's social, emotional, and cognitive growth. Maintain classroom cleanliness, organization, and inventory of materials.

Qualifications:

AMI or MACTE-accredited Montessori Diploma (Casa level 3-6). Experience working with preschool-aged children in a Montessori environment (minimum 1-2 years preferred). Teaching background (bachelor of education) is a big asset Current First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain). Valid Vulnerable Sector Check (or ability to provide upon hiring). Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills. A warm, patient, and respectful approach to working with young children.
